  • Where do you deliver?

    We currently deliver anywhere in the United States.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    For sticker only orders, shipping starts at $2.00. For orders with jewelry, shipping starts at $6.00.

  • Why is shipping so expensive?

    Shipping includes cost of stamps/labels as well as the cost of packaging materials. We make sure to keep costs as low as possible while being as eco friendly as we can.

    Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss a partial refund for shipping cost if you believe you were overcharged.

  • When will my order ship out?

    Your order will ship out within 3 days to upwards 2 weeks, depending on demand.

  • Whats the approximate delivery time?

    Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 days.

  • Can I track my order?

    Orders shipped with USPS First Class Package or Tracked Sticker Mail will have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email.

  • Where’s my invoice?

    Your invoice along with updates on your order will be sent to you via email.

  • Can I edit my order?

    You can remove and add items before your order is shipped out. After you receive an email saying your order was processed and shipped, you will not be able to change details of your order.

    To add items, place another order and use discount code ADDON for free shipping. The items will be added to the original order with no additional shipping cost. To remove items, please email or text us or dm us on instagram to receive a refund for those items.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    You can change your delivery address before we ship out your order. After you receive an email saying your order was processed and shipped, you will not be able to change details of your order.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. You will need to provide your order number along with photos of damaged items. We will assess the damage ASAP and work with you to figure out a solution tailored to your needs.

  • Can I return my order?

    Returns will be eligible for a partial to full refund based on any damage to the stickers or charms of the dangles. Stickers and dangle earrings are eligible for return. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Stud earrings are not eligible for return.

    Please purchase a return kit and send your items back within 21 days of placing an order. Orders returned AFTER 21 days will not be refunded.

  • Can I get free shipping?

    We unfortunately do not offer free shipping.
